Whether is is moving up, down, to the area or an investment, I can guide you through each step of the process.

  • To begin to know at what price you can sell your home for, we have to go over the current market conditions with a comparable market analysis. I’ll provide this for you so that we can review it together.

  • We will chat during our listing appointment about the items that I’d like to have you complete in order to list your home. At any time, I am available to go over this with you or review work that you have done also.

  • For every home that I sell, I provide professional listing photos to ensure that we have the best maximum exposure online.

  • I will talk you through the listing agreement to ensure you understand all the details of what you are signing and will be ensure to provide you with signed copies.

  • Once we receive the photos back, we are ready to go live! I’ll talk you through how to accept showing appointments and we will have a plan for open houses at this time as well.

  • Once we receive in an offer, I’ll talk you through each of the details so we can determine if we will accept, counter or decline. We can negotiate all aspects of any offer we receive.

  • Congratulations! You have accepted an offer on your home! I’ll be sure to send you all of the signed documents.

  • The buyer will likely perform a home inspection. We will continue to negotiate if they ask for any items to be completed on the home at this time.

  • The buyers lender will order an appraisal on the property (sometimes cash deals will do an appraisal also). I’ll make sure the appraiser has the details of your home to help ensure that we receive a value of at least the contract price.

  • Once the buyer receives the clear to close, we will get the final figures from the title company, of which we will talk through to ensure that you understand them.

  • Congratulations! You made it to closing day! You’ve likely moved out before closing time and are ready for your next place. Thank you for choosing to work with me!
